Technical task
The client sends written terms (Technical Task) - indicates the specifics of the order, the desired timing of this order, and the budget of this order. It is desirable to attach the Brand Book and/or Guideline (if available) to the order.

The client gives references to the projects he likes (websites, design, and style examples, as well as other examples of projects).

After receiving the order from the client, I approve in writing with the client the real terms of execution of the order and determine the order and cost of payment for the executed order.

After agreeing with the client's terms of reference (Technical Task), I prepare a briefing (list of works and deadlines) and send it to the client for approval. The Project Work Brief shall specify the scope and terms of work, the cost and procedure of payment for work, the order of acceptance and delivery of work to the client. Also in the Brief, the conditions and terms of making changes (comments and suggestions) of the client on the completed project are prescribed.
Communication
All communications (business correspondence by e-mail) with the client - are conducted only in writing. This avoids misunderstandings and reinforces the prior agreements of the parties to the project.

In case of urgent need, a remote video and/or audio teleconference in English can be held.
Terms of payment
Before you start working on the client's order, you must make an advance payment. The amount of the advance payment depends on the volume of the order and the deadline for its fulfillment. As a rule, the advance payment ranges from 50%-80%. For payment, you can use international payment systems VISA / Mastercard
Delivery of the project to the client
After the approval procedure of the Brief - the client pays the advance payment to the Contractor. After approval of the preview of the finished materials - the client pays the remaining cost of the completed work and receives a link to download the completed project.
Intellectual rights
All rights (copyrights) to the work performed - transferred to the client, subject to payment. The amount of payment is discussed separately with the client before the contract is signed.
