PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
Fill out the online return form (it will be sent to you when contacting customer service along with a package of necessary documents). Make sure that the returned product is in the same condition in which you received it, with all the labels attached, otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and refund its value.
Send the parcel with a return courier service, which guarantees delivery and customs clearance of international shipments.
Sending a refund is made at your expense.
For our customers, we recommend using: UPS, DHL.
The responsibility for the safety of the parcel and returned goods lies with you until it is delivered to our warehouse. Therefore, use traceable shipping methods and, if possible, insure your return package. Keep the receipt and check. If you lose the parcel or any of the goods, you can contact the courier service with a request for a search.
Custom-made products are non-refundable!
REIMBURSEMENT OF CASH
All returns are processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse. During periods of a heavy workload, processing times can reach 60 business days. As soon as we process your return, we will immediately send a request for reimbursement of the cost of the goods to our bank and send you a confirmation email.
The timing of the refund will depend on the payment method that you used.
The term for returning the goods from the buyer to the seller is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods (remotely or online). The day of purchase is the day of payment for the goods.
